Compensation and Benefits
The Murray Bank offers our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package. We utilize full-time and part-time employees in a variety of roles. Additionally, Murray State students can gain valuable experience in the financial services industry through our partnership with MSU’s Work-Study program.
The Murray Bank is committed to giving back to our community. To date, we’ve given more than $156,000 to our local school systems through TMB’s Spirit Card program, and an additional $70,000 has gone to Murray and Calloway County Schools through our sponsorship of the Crosstown Classic. Nearly $35,000 in scholarships have been awarded to local students attending Murray State University. And in the past three years alone, we’ve given over $100,000 in sponsorship's to community activities and events. Our employees serve at Soup for the Soul, donate to United Way, serve ice cream at local events, and much more. - Work well with the public, giving quality hometown customer service.
- Handle money correctly; receiving deposits, payments, and fees with speed and accuracy.
- Have basic computer knowledge, comfortable with learning new programs.
- Be a team player and committed to the success of the bank.
